Our Requirements:

• Must hold an active NMLS and state license.
• Possession of your own book-of-business.
• Recommended 2 years of lending, sales, & marketing experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Proficiency in income calculation and understanding income documents.
• Commitment to attending weekly loan and product trainings.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not required.
